God's Love

But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners. Christmas not sent to die for us because we were righteous, or because we were deserving or that were necessarily worth dying for. In midst of it all, in midst of our disobedience and sinfulness He still loved us and made us right with Him through His Son dying as the ultimate sacrifice for all of our sins. And so that we could have eternal life, redemption and forgiveness.
