Deborah & Barak Rise Up & Lead

And yet again Israel had turned their backs against God. A new generation that did not know of God had been born in Israel. And they chose to follow the gods of the land in which they inhabited, inherited. 

“And those who walked in the paths went away by crooked paths” Judges 5:6

And in the middle of this spiritual crisis in Israel. The Lord told Deborah, 

“Awake, awake, Deborah!

Awake, awake, sing a song!

Arise, Barak, and lead your captives away, 

O son of Abinoam!” Judges 5:12

In the middle of the crisis He told Deborah, WAKE UP and me praise me for I am the Almighty Powerful, because I continue to your God, because I continue to be the God of Israel. 

Arise, Barak, and LEAD, because I have promised to be with you, to be your God, because I have promised you the VICTORY already. 

Lead Israel, lead your captives, lead them out of this crisis, lead them out of their crooked paths.
